The first cutting all holes cut away the waste material, waste removal, then by machine automatic shift function, completed the 2nd, 3rd and 4th cutting. A cut first times, take the waste to B cutting first times, take the waste to C cutting waste, first times...... N, cutting first times, second times, a waste cutting, cutting second times to b...... N, second a, cutting third times to cut...... N, third a, cutting fourth times to cut...... N, cutting fourth times, finished. This cutting way can make each type hole processing after enough time to release stress, will every pore due to different processing sequence of mutual influence, micro deformation is reduced to a minimum, can ensure the machining accuracy of template size. But the processing time is too long, the wire number, workload, increase the manufacture cost of the template. In addition, the machine itself with the processing time of the extension and temperature fluctuations will also produce creep. Therefore, on the basis of actual measurement and comparison, template in the machining accuracy allowed, using the first unified processing waste unchanged, and behind the 2, 3, 4 times synthetic together to cut (a cut for the second time, do not shift, does not remove wire, followed by cut 3, 4 - > b > C... Or n), or a fourth cut and 3 cut. After such a cut is measured, the shape and position dimensions are basically in line with the requirements. This will not only improve the production efficiency, and reduce labor, and therefore also reduce the cost of the production of the template.
